Wellbeing initiatives creative a positive, supportive and inclusive environment where employees can thrive, feeling valued and fulfilled in their roles. Prioritising workplace wellbeing leads to numerous benefits for both employees and the organisation, including increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, and improved employee retention.
