The Wellbeing Award recognises work being done to enhance the physical and mental health experiences of people in the parking sector. Wellbeing initiatives creative a positive, supportive and inclusive environment where employees can thrive, feeling valued and fulfilled in their roles. Prioritising workplace wellbeing leads to numerous benefits for both employees and the organisation, including increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, and improved employee retention. 

 

The category is open to teams working in both the public and private sectors. 

The criteria:

The entry should include details of:

  • Details of key team members and/or project partners

  • Outline of the project or initiative’s objectives

  • Description of project implementation

  • UK involvement or connections (if applicable).

 

The judges are looking for evidence of:

  • Implementation

  • Positive outcomes

  • Feedback from project partners and employees

  • A commitment to team building and staff development.
