EV Charging Provider Award

The EV Charging Provider recognises chargepoint operators, car park operators, facility managers and/or destinations that are actively supporting the transition to electric vehicles through providing accessible and well planned EV charging infrastructure.

The criteria:

The EV charging provider may be a chargepoint operator or the owner and operator of car parks.

The entry should include details of:

• Name of the organisations provding EV charging – location owner and chargepoint operator

• Nature of the parking operation or destination (local authority, private sector, in a car park, at the kerbside etc.)

• Markets and type of customer

• Scope and scale of operation (number of spaces and sites; UK and international, key locations, etc.)

• EV charging services offered

• EV charging systems used

• External verification of performance (independent studies, proof of carbon reduction, etc.)

• Recognition of the team's work (Internal and external awards, press coverage, customer testimonials, etc.)

The judges are looking for evidence of:

• A commitment to positive change

• The building of partnerships to deliver results

• A commitment to team building and staff development

• Consistent application of good practice

• Outstanding customer service

• Excellence as representatives of the parking sector to customers and the wider community.
