Rising Star Award

The Rising Star Award shines a spotlight on the rising stars of parking. Local authorities and private operators can nominate an individual parking employee, consultant or contractor who has consistently made an outstanding contribution to their team and the wider parking sector.

Professional and personal achievements.
The judges will be looking for the following:

Examples of the nominee doing the extra things that makes for outstanding performance

Evidence of a consistent application of good practice

Evidence of excellence as a representative of the parking industry to the customer/local community

Testimonials illustrating a high level of respect amongst fellow employees

Details of training (NVQs, post-graduate courses, MBAs, specialist parking, highways and business management courses)

Active membership of professional bodies and initiatives (BPA groups, transport institutions, charities, etc.)
Personal circumstances will be taken into consideration by the judges, who will look to speak to the candidates.
